Gekko Pre-insulated Duct (PID) comes with a range of different facing materials suitable for different applications; they are manufactured under our stringent quality control conditions. It is suitable for heating and air-conditioning air distribution, hot air process system with media temperature ranging between -150 deg. C to +140 deg. C in any environmental conditions.

It offers a high efficiency thermal insulation coupled with the ultimate vapor barrier facing materials forming a homogeneous composite panel. This kind of new ductwork material complied with today’s stringent green building requirements. It is sustainable, anti-corrosion, anti-bacteria, light weight and easy installation. The Gekko PID system has many advantages over the traditional sheet metal ducting with fiber glass/elastomeric insulation. It is available in the facing material of your choice depending on the type of project budget and application.

Phenolic foam (PF) is a high technology material commonly used in aerospace industry due to its excellent insulation, strength, as well as fire prevention properties.

Gekko has developed Pre-insulated duct (PID) system by using CFC/HCFC free phenolic foam panel and the various installation accessories.

Our phenolic foam material is specially formulated for the continuous PID penal production process. This kind of ducting system is easy to install, required lesser time and manpower as compared to the traditional sheet metal ducting system. It is also produced lesser noise and dusts during the installation process which will in turn improve the well-being of the site installers and construction environment.
